Per dedicarsi agli altri non serve molto tempo. Tenere compagnia a un ammalato, parlare al telefono con persone disperate, distribuire il pasto nelle mense per i poveri, basta veramente poco tempo.
Queste sono alcune opportunità dà scegliere in base al tempo che abbiamo a disposizione. In Italia, esistono molte associazioni che si occupano di queste problematiche fra cui ' Il telefono amico ' . Per dedicare il proprio tempo al telefono amico, non occorre avere una preparazione specifica, bensi essere disponibile per quattro ore alla settimana.
Possiamo dialogare al telefono con chi soffrono e con chi è disperati : dovviamo essere pronti a tutti.
